We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Executive Assistant to work closely with our CEO, serving as their shadow in a high-growth, dynamic environment. This role involves a range of responsibilities, from managing communications to assisting with strategic initiatives, enabling the CEO to focus on company vision and growth.
**The Job**
- **
Primary Liaison**: Act as the central point of contact for the CEO, coordinating communication with users, investors, team members, and external partners.
- ** Project Management & Coordination**: Research, plan, and oversee key team activities, including investor meetings, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team-building events, ensuring seamless execution.
- ** Strategic Extension**: Take on diverse responsibilities, stepping into various tasks as the CEO’s extension, enabling them to focus on critical business objectives.
- ** Document Preparation**: Create high-impact presentations, meeting notes, and briefing documents to support the CEO’s engagements.
- ** Inbox & Calendar Management**: Drive efficiency by achieving 'inbox zero' for the CEO, manage their calendar with precision, and handle daily correspondence.
- ** Communication Management**: Draft, organize, and oversee key communications and correspondence, ensuring professionalism, timeliness, and prioritization.
- ** Prioritize & Execute**: Maintain a clear sense of priority in a fast-paced environment, handling urgent requests and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Proven Experience**: Previous experience as an EA to Founders/CXOs, or similar role is essential, with at least 1+ years supporting senior leadership.
- ** Tech-Savvy**: Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, internal communication tools, and task management platforms.
- ** Exceptional Organization**: Outstanding organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- ** Collaborative & Flexible**: Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, able to adapt quickly and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
