Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Support:
Assist in providing technical expertise for pre-sales activities by interpreting client requirements and designing suitable solutions.
Prepare and review technical content for RFPs, proposals, and tenders, ensuring accuracy and clarity in the response to RFPs and BOQs.
Support the sales team with presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical data and pricing for proposals.
Technical Expertise:
Demonstrate knowledge of active components such as routers, switches, firewalls, network racks, VPN, MPLS, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, etc.), and switching protocols.
Show proficiency in passive components like transformers, cables, Building Management Systems (BMS), UPS systems, chillers, HVAC systems, etc.
Solution Design & Integration:
Help design and integrate technical solutions that meet customer specifications in the electrical, mechanical, and IT-Telecom sectors.
Provide technical consultations and assist clients in selecting appropriate systems or components.
Client Interaction:
Engage with clients to clarify technical requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address technical queries.
Foster strong relationships with clients by ensuring that technical solutions align with their needs and expectations.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the engineering, project management, and sales teams to ensure technical solutions are viable and cost-effective.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain accurate technical data for cost estimation and product selection.
Market Research & Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of product/service offerings.
**Requirements**:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IT, Telecom, or a related field.
**Experience**:
2+ years of pre-sales experience in the electrical, mechanical, or IT-Telecom industries.
Strong experience with RFP/BOQ preparation and responses.
Familiarity with both active (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, MPLS, etc.) and passive (transformers, UPS, chillers, HVAC, etc.) components.
Skills & Knowledge:
Good understanding of networking technologies, including routing and switching protocols, as well as network security solutions.
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems used in industry (e.g., HVAC, BMS, UPS, etc.).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to create and deliver technical presentations effectively.
Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
