As a Pre-Sales Associate at Dhwani Rural Information Systems, your primary responsibility will be to assist pre sales team to generate leads, create compelling presentations, product demos and assist in crafting proposals. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, written and oral communication skills, and a deep understanding of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Conduct preliminary discussions and presentations to introduce our products and solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to identify opportunities for collaboration.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of Dhwani Rural Information Systems' products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on client requirements and market demands.
Proposal Development:
- Assist in preparing and customizing proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure proposals align with client needs and expectations.
- Conduct thorough research to gather relevant data and insights to support proposals.
Lead Generation:
- Identify potential leads through market research, networking, and other channels.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and coordinate with the sales team for follow-up.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide technical and product expertise during client meetings and demonstrations.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Training and Development:
- Continuously update your knowledge of our products, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills related to pre-sales activities.
- Share insights and best practices with the sales and marketing teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and events as needed.
