We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales process by understanding customer requirements, crafting solutions, and presenting compelling proposals to clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and qualify leads generated by the marketing team.
  • Act as a bridge between the client and the sales team.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies and close deals.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of pre-sales experience in real estate
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
