**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Maintenance**: Ensure that the office environment is clean and organized by handling tasks such as dusting, cleaning, and arranging workspaces, conference rooms, and common areas.
- **Refreshments and Beverages**: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments for employees, visitors, and clients as required.
- **Receiving Guests**: Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- **Courier/Postal Services**: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Assist with organizing couriers or postal services.
- **Office Supplies**: Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, including ordering stationery and other office essentials as needed.
- **Office Equipment**: Assist with setting up and operating office equipment, including photocopiers, fax machines, and printers. Report any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate staff member.
- **Document Handling**: Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office records in both physical and digital formats.
- **Errands**: Run office errands such as purchasing office supplies, going to the bank, or handling administrative tasks as directed by the management.
- **Support Staff**: Assist office staff and management with general office duties, including data entry, photocopying, and printing when needed.
- **Maintaining Office Premises**: Ensure the office premises are presentable and safe, taking care of any minor repairs or maintenance requests.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (photocopiers, printers, etc.) is preferred.
