Job Requirement:
She should have strong knowledge in Training Management and partnering with plant stakeholders.
Must be good listener, soft spoken and strong negotiator. Fluency in English.
Very strong analytical skills, capable of adjusting existing systems and processes to business needs
Very good people management skills and networking.
Very good communication skills. Able to communicate with several internal and external contacts
Adherence to the safety instructions and HSE policies

Job Summary:
Ensure all L&D activities (70:20:10) are running smoothly in plant. Drive & Involve in Training Need Identification, Skill Matrix, Training Module Development, 100% Implementation of Training Evaluation (L1 to L4), updating & circulating training calendar & training plan at set frequency
Suggest learning strategies for Individual Development Plan of key talents. Support Production function to run On the Job Training.
Hiring through various

sources for the positions above Officer Level. Ensure all the processes run through “Workday” HRIS system & help stakeholders to follow the recruitment policy.
Design & implement innovative plans, programs & activities for employee engagement. Ensure & Promote R&R implementation at plant
Prepare Training, Employee Engagement & R&R budget & keep track of it throughout the year
Assist Manager in Performance Management process for plant, ensure timely completion of appraisal process, and target setting.
Conducting various behavioural / developmental training
Involve in Organizational Development activities in Plant & HR function
Ensure that content and context of all materials remains current and relevant for business needs. Keep all the data & documents in proper place i.e Hard Drives, Files & Cloud etc.
Ensure & run Induction Training program to payroll & contingent employees
