KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (i.e., Deliverables, preferably up to 5)

Timely and accurately pay the salaries to all the employees.

Create discipline throughout the organisation-Minimise absenteeism, late reporting etc.
Hiring within stipulated and agreed timeline.

- Maintain a clean & safe environment all the time.

- Comply with statutory and non-statutory compliance within time schedule.

Engaged, Motivated, and retained employees.

KEY ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED (responsibilities and meeting customer expectations)

- 1)Update and maintain daily attendance records for both the locations;


2)Monthly salary preparation and comply related compliances;

-3)Coordinate all interviews, follow-ups and update progress from time

to time to the hiring manager;


4)Drive employee life cycle
- offer, appointment, confirmation, and promotion letters;

5)Plan Onboarding and induction, seating arrangement, and other necessary accessories for new employees well in advance;

- 6)Follow and ensure all HR policies are implemented, and guide all other employees to follow;

7)Listen to employee's issues, Problems and report to management and revert with an outcome to them(consult VNSURE before reaction to employee)

-8)Fixed Assets updated list maintenance - e.g. laptops, desktops, furniture,tools machinery, etc.

9)Maintain and procure all required stationery and keep issue records;

-10)Visit the manufacturing plant frequently for plant HR review;


11)Guide Plant HR representatives for all plant HR-related issues mainly safety, health, and any another initiative.


12)Initiate on-time HR-related statutory and non-statutory compliance;


13)Any other responsibility which may be added based on the requirement /advise by the management

Able to do Payroll accurately.
