We are hiring an HR &Administration Manager at a Manufacturing Company based out at Sanaswadi Pune.

JOB PURPOSE: HR - The primary responsibility of HR & Administration Executive is to develop policy and co-ordinate human resources activities such as employment, compensation, labour relations, benefits, training and employee services and carry out general administrative work

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure Working closely with departments, assisting line managers in understanding and implementing policies and procedures
Ensure implementation of HR policy and manage revisions in HR policy as and when required
Ensure leave management and attendance policy implementation as per HR policy Coordinate with consultants for HR compliance
Oversee the maintenance, communication and destruction of personnel records as required by law including local governing bodies.
Plan, monitor and implement employee performance appraisal on set schedule. Train managers on appraisal system, and coach employees accordingly. Resolve grievances regarding employee appraisals; counsel employees and supervisors as needed and appropriate.
Ensure induction training for new joiners and proper enrolment process
Ensure exit interview by HOD and HR department to get the feedback Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
Prepares budget of human resources operations.
Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
Organize training program as per training calendar
Ensure

Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services.
Plan events or activities for employee engagement
Knowledge of payroll software—as applicable
Ensure payment structure and payroll is implemented
Ensure salary statement is verified and handed over to accounts department on time
Ensure performance appraisal is done on time
Ensure to maintain employee data base at office and warehouse
Verify and authorize the expense vouchers of travellers as per company policy
Ensure general Maintenance work of Office such as carpentry, civil, Electrical maintenance work
Liaison with local municipal bodies - as and when required
Arranging food/beverages for visitors during lunch time
Managing work of receptionist/ peons
Petty cash management for administrative work
Verify expense vouchers and forward to HOD/ accounts department for approval and disbursement Security management
IT related issue handling with outsourced

Minimum 5 Years Experience in similar field
Must have worked in a manufacturing Set up
Should be ready to work from Sanaswadi Factory
Can commute his own
MBA in HR / MPM / MSW
