How you might spend your days

You will guide and support your team in a dynamic environment. You will have varied workdays with broad

contact to the organization. More specifically, your key responsibilities will be to: ?

?Together with your team, ensure that all processes and operations run smoothly and are adapted to

the future within the following areas: Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations,

Global Mobility, Employee relations, and HR IT & Analytics

?Support our journey towards a more integrated organization by aligning processes and policies

towards our head office in Denmark

?Develop your team and organization to deliver an efficient People strategy in close collaboration with

the HR Director in Denmark

?Guide, coach and inspire an engaged and highly skilled HR team

The miles you’ve walked

qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

?A degree within HR or Business Administration

?Minimum 15 years of broad experience within HR

?Proven experience with leading and professionalizing an HR department

?Experience working for a multinational company and supporting a rapid scaling company
