**Position Summary**

The Client Partner will be responsible for managing all aspects of client relationship for a portfolio of customer accounts across STT Cloud’s Cloud and Application Modernisation practices. The role provides strategy, delivery, and stakeholder outcomes for a portfolio of STT Cloud client engagements.

The Client Partner will build and lead a team consisting of specialist consultants, service delivery managers, and project coordinators. The Consulting team will be responsible for building long-term strategic relationships with clients, overseeing all aspects of project delivery and managed services, and driving revenue growth within existing client accounts.

ST Telemedia Cloud (STT Cloud) is the leading public cloud solutions provider across Asia Pacific. Created to deliver world-class cloud development, migration and management solutions integrated with leading cybersecurity techniques and technology. STT Cloud is a portfolio company consisting of three specialist companies: Cloud Comrade, CloudCover and Quantum Security. We are part of ST Telemedia, a strategic investor in communications and media, data centres and infrastructure technology businesses globally. STT Cloud is currently combining the portfolio business to create a unified technology consulting business with presence in Singapore, India, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

The Cloud Consulting practice is focused on building cloud native solutions, migrating workloads, and managing complex cloud environments with clients. The Cloud Consulting team is a newly formed team within the group and will assume ownership of all existing client relationships, and will be responsible for account management, delivery of projects and managed services, and revenue growth.

**Reporting Relationships**
- What role does this report to? Who else does this role interact with?_The Client Partner reports to the Consulting Lead Partner, Cloud Consulting.- Consultants, Service Delivery Managers, and Project Coordinators aligned to the assigned portfolio of accounts will report to the Client Partner.

**Key Challenges**
- What are the 3 or 4 challenges that this role will have to overcome to be successful?_Development of a consulting-led approach to client management is new to the group. The Client Partner will need to work closely with the Consulting Lead Partner, and broader Cloud Consulting team, to design, develop, and execute the plan to transition to this model whilst taking accountability for in-flight professional services projects and managed services relationships- Transitioning of client relationships from existing owners of the group to Client Partners, will need to be managed sensitively and over time. Client Partners will need to develop specific transition plans across their portfolio of accounts, and execute these alongside all other stakeholders, to ensure no reduction in service quality for clients.- Development of a strategic client farming motion is new to the group. Client Partners will need to manage clients through this change, developing trust over time whilst identifying future growth opportunities.- Identification of development needs across the newly formed Consulting team to help individuals transition from project management or managed service roles to consultant and delivery roles, and develop the required consulting capabilities to be able to own and grow client accounts

A strategy & account plan is in place for all clients in the portfolio that identifies customer and industry business drivers, stakeholder maps and communication plans, partner relationship plans, revenue growth opportunities, and client retention risks.-
