- Manage invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- **Facility Management**:

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- **Procurement and Inventory Management**:

- Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- **Compliance and Policy Implementation**:

- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of policies and procedures.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- **Technology Management**:

- Oversee IT infrastructure and coordinate with IT support for troubleshooting and updates.
- Ensure efficient operation of office software and hardware.
- Implement and maintain information management systems.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address inquiries and concerns from clients, customers, and stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Manage relationships with clients and partners.
- **Project Support**:

- Assist in planning and coordinating projects and initiatives.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Provide administrative support for project teams.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate and analyze reports on office operations and performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
