Office Administrator and Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Administration**:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth working environment.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Handle correspondence, mail distribution, and filing.
**Executive Assistance**:
- Provide administrative support to the founder and executive team.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
**Social Media Management**:
- Create, curate, and manage content for social media platforms.
- Monitor and engage with audiences on social media.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase online presence.
**Vendor Coordination**:
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors for supplies and services.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
**Invoice Generation and Payment Follow-up**:
- Generate invoices using Tally software.
- Follow up with clients for payment and manage accounts receivable.
**Digital Outreach**:
- Execute digital marketing campaigns to promote services and products.
- Manage Inbound Leads
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in office administration, executive assistance, and social media management with minimum 1.5-2 Years of Experience.
- Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Note**:
- This is an In-office Job and not remote job.
- Our Working Hours are 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM Monday to Saturday.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
