Office Assistant

**Administrative Support**:
- Assist with general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for office personnel.
**Communication**:
- Maintain clear communication channels within the office and with external contacts.
- Assist in drafting routine correspondence and reports.
**Support to Management**:
- Assist executives and managers with administrative tasks as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
**Ad Hoc Tasks**:
- Undertake various ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
