**HELP DESK SUPPORT***

**Qualification**: Any Degree or Diploma with basic Computer knowledge.

**Experience**: Freshers who have just Graduated are welcome.
- Answer telephones and respond to inquiries from clients and participants.
- Good communication skills. Ability to explain process to applicants on call.
- Proficient in Hindi and understanding in English.
- Maintain relationships with clients and applicants by providing support and information.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Process end-of-day reports

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12000.00 per month
