Job Title**:Customer Support**
Location: Surat
**Salary**: Up to 35k
Experience: Minimum 2 years
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information about our products or services.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product orders, delivery status, and returns or exchanges.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries.
- Process customer requests, such as refunds, replacements, or cancellations.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate departments for further resolution.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and any other relevant languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in resolving customer issues.
- Empathy and patience to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
