Role and Responsibilities:
As a Client Engagement Specialist at AdvoLive, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing leads, guiding potential clients through our platform's capabilities, and ultimately driving conversions. You'll be at the forefront of introducing legal practitioners to a transformative way of managing their practice and interacting with clients.
- Respond to incoming leads promptly, addressing inquiries and showcasing the unique benefits of AdvoLive.
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand potential clients' needs and pain points.
- Demonstrate the platform's features and advantages through personalized presentations.
- Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that align with clients' requirements.
- Maintain a proactive follow-up strategy to guide leads from initial contact to active users.
- Showcase how AdvoLive enhances legal operations, leading to efficient case management, secure document sharing, and improved client communication.
- Meet and exceed individual and team-based targets for lead conversion.
- Continuously stay updated on legal tech trends and our platform's developments.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to understand clients' needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Familiarity with CRM software and online presentation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field preferred.
