Job Description:
Position: Sales Associate
Experience Level: Entry Level
Education: 10th or 12th Pass
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner. Provide information about products or services, answer inquiries, and offer solutions to meet customer needs.
**Product Knowledge**: Develop a strong understanding of the products or services offered by the company. Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions.
**Sales and Upselling**: Actively engage in sales activities, promote products, and encourage customers to make purchases. Cross-sell and upsell additional products or services where relevant.
**Cash Handling**: Process transactions accurately, handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and issue receipts. Maintain the cash register and ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
**Store Maintenance**: Keep the store or sales area clean, organized, and visually appealing. Assist with arranging product displays and signage.
**Teamwork**: Collaborate with other team members and management to achieve sales targets and create a positive work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum education requirement: 10th or 12th pass.
- No prior sales experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude.
**Working Conditions**:
- Retail hours, including evenings and weekends, may be necessary.
- Training may be provided to enhance sales and product knowledge.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
