Role Description:


Job Purpose:


Increase the SOB of OE sales in market and acquiring in customers.


Essential Duties & hold in:


- New Business Development with Auto OEMs (2W , 4W, CV & Agri segment)


- Market Survey & Business Opportunity Identification & generation of RFQs


- Market & Competitor Intelligence


- Sales budgeting and MIS preparation for management


- Sales planning & forecasting (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)


- Strategic Planning, Business Planning, SOB improvement


- Preparation of Business Case, Costing, Estimation, Pricing decisions & Proposal making.


- Negotiation with customers.


- Focus on New Product Development with Coordination of Engineering.


- To manage dispatches & supply chain.


- Debtor, Warehouse and Inventory Management.


- OEM Data Management/data Analysis.


Desired Qualifications : BE/B.Tech + MBA


Desired Experience : 15-20 Years (in age bracket of 35 to 40 yrs)


Functional/ Technical Skills required:


- Communication Skills (Written as well as Verbal, one to one as well as within Group) including Persuasive Communication.


- Negotiation Skills.


- Opportunity Seeking & Achievement Oriented.


- Analytical Skills.


- Inter-personal Skills.


- Strong knowledge of MS Office - Excel, PPT.


- Well versed with ERP environments
