- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts with patience and tact.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services to potential and existing customers.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct follow-up calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Actively engage in cold calling and outreach to potential clients to generate leads.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
