Area Sales Executive

DABOTICS India Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing software development company specializing in high-quality, customized website development solutions for businesses of all sizes. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Area Sales Executive** with a strong technical background to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our website development services, and converting leads into successful projects. The role involves a blend of in-field sales, client relationship management, and technical expertise.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify prospective clients and understand market needs. Generate new leads by visiting and engaging with businesses directly.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for website development projects.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand client requirements and present DABOTICS' website development offerings as ideal solutions.
- **Technical Consultation**: Use technical knowledge to consult with clients, understanding their requirements and conveying how DABOTICS’ development services can benefit them.
- **Project Proposal & Negotiation**: Create and deliver compelling project proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Market Feedback & Analysis**: Gather feedback from clients and market trends to share with the technical and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- **Post-Sales Support**: Ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution by coordinating with the development team and providing initial support for new clients.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; a background in software development is highly preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, particularly in software or IT services sales; prior experience in selling website development services is an advantage.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of website development processes, programming languages, and technology stacks.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and present solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.
- **Sales Acumen**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and proactively in a competitive market environment.
- **Mobility**: Willingness to travel within the assigned area to meet with clients in person.
