Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, secure, and manage relationships with clients across USA, UK, Europe, APAC, effectively negotiating and persuading potential clients the value that Cashfree can add to their business.
- Research and Build out a partnership channel to drive merchant acquisitions
- Working with agencies to identify potential partners and affiliates.
- Contribute strategic depth in driving new market development activities (Primary geographies - USA, UK, Europe, APAC)
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions for Cashfree services in coordination with the local and global regulations.
- Leading the negotiations and contract development
- Coordinating with internal teams (ops, product, content, and brand, legal and compliance, etc.). Taking ownership of entire cross border business management, operations as well as coordination between teams, and partners
- Generate GMV & revenue from clients, and achieve pre-agreed targets on customer flows, revenues, and profitability
- Pro-actively scout for opportunities in the marketplace through direct contact as well as partners. The job will involve building relationships with key players in banks, SME’s, financial firms, marketplaces, eCommerce providers and others to generate qualified opportunities, mapping the account, influencing key decision-makers, convincing the client about the value proposition and closing the deal
Must Have:
- 6+ years of experience in business development, account management or partnerships
- Experience in Fintech, payments, foreign exchange
- Global experience in deal making & partnerships, managing relationships and creating new opportunities
- Proven track record of meeting & exceeding targets
- Self-starter who proactively seeks ways to improve
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Calm and conscientiously manage high-pressure situations
- Demonstrate business development and consultative selling skills with results-orientation to meet/exceed assigned financial and customer satisfaction goals
