Institutional Sales Executive

**About the Role**:
As an Institutional Sales Executive, your job is to connect with key organizations like hospitals, corporates, and government institutions to grow sales and build strong, lasting relationships. You'll play a vital role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, managing tenders, and ensuring smooth delivery of our products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential institutional clients like hospitals ,govt institutions, govt hospitals for cephalosporin formulations
- Build meaningful relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Manage tenders—prepare bids, track progress, and ensure compliance.
- Keep an eye on the market to spot new opportunities and trends.
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and smooth processes.
- Maintain clear sales records and follow up on payments to keep things running smoothly.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of tendering processes
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Sales target achievement.
- Client acquisition and retention.
- Success rate in tenders.
- Timely payment collection.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
