**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Account Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, government agencies, and large healthcare institutions.
- Ensure consistent communication and follow-up with clients to support product sales, handle queries, and resolve issues.
- Regularly visit institutions and stakeholders to build a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned institutions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for the assigned territory.
- Work with the marketing and product teams to create strategies for promoting products in institutional settings.
- **Contract Negotiation**:

- Negotiate sales contracts, tender submissions, and pricing with institutional clients in accordance with company policies and government regulations.
- Ensure timely renewals of contracts and agreements.
- **Market & Competitor Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide feedback to internal teams for product positioning, pricing, and promotions to stay competitive in the institutional segment.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all dealings with institutional clients.
- Work closely with the legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, tenders, and contracts.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with medical representatives, product managers, and the supply chain team to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and product availability in institutions.
- Assist in the execution of product training and presentations for institutional customers.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
- Submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas of opportunity.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the institutional or B2B space.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong understanding of institutional sales processes and hospital procurement systems.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of local pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with government tenders and contracts.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
