Customer Experience Executive

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide clear, detailed information to customers.
- Analyze customer feedback and work with the team to improve customer service strategies.
- Assist in creating written resources for customer self-service and support.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently.
- Document and track all customer interactions and follow up on queries to ensure resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer data.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Any degree with 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
