**Functional Responsibilities**:

- Working with RegionalSales personnel to identify customer’s standard service and spares requirementsrelated to compressors.Interpret, evaluate, and comment on customerspecifications and align customer requirements.
- Support Regional Salespersonnel in pursuit of integrated solutions and assisting in developing salesstrategies to win bids.
- Preparing comprehensivesales proposals for compressors.
- Preparation andpresentation of proposal documentation.Developing cost and margin analysis,business risk analysis, technical and schedule realization options, bidapproval for customer submission.
- Management of the bidpreparation process as per Siemens business process.
- Effectively obtain,develop, and communicate technical information to both suppliers and customersregarding scopes of supply and services (internal as well as external)

**Operational responsibilities**:

- Monitor and trackrelevant bid opportunities in the market and coordinate in registering it inthe Sales Force
- Manage Sales Force - UseSales Force and keep the opportunities updated. Keep all other informationwithin Sales Force up to date including winning probabilities, competition etc.
- Cost estimation of theopportunities based on reliable data.
- Improve the process flowswith PCCs of Siemens Energy for inputs to the quotations.
- Bid Meetings - Schedulebid meetings per the manager’s instructions. Facilitate the meeting byreviewing the open Sales Force opportunities.
- Review and summarize bidrequest documents (RFPs, RFQs etc.) to share pertinent information with thewider team.
- Coordinate schedules andapprovals for actions supporting bid opportunities.
- Data driven decisionmaking.
- Focus on automatedworking.

**Your Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanicalengineering.
- Total 5+ years’experience in the sales back office (Bid and proposals) and other businessfunction like quality/ engineering/project management and Minimum 4+ Experiencein the sales back office (Bid and proposals)
- Knowledge of the Oil andgas industry.
- Professional experiencein tendering, you have already successfully prepared numerous offers forcomplex systems.
- Superior skills inattention to detail and managing priorities within deadlines.
- Strong relationshipmanagement skills and capable of establishing respect and credibility throughactions, communications, understanding and personal presence.
- Knowledge of operatingSales ForceEfficient in the use of SAP, MS Office.
- Ability to workefficiently and effectively managing multiple tasks.
- Must be self-motivated,results oriented, and be flexible to work well under tight schedules in afast-paced team environment.
- Strong Analytical andStrategic thinker
- Excellent verbal,written, and people skills.
