**Position Executive Assistant**
**Admin Location HO**
**Experience 3+ Years**

Purpose
- To Assist to MD Organization Structure
- Executive Assistant reports to Managing Director Main Responsibilities
- To maintain & manage Director’s appointment schedule
- Secretarial activities, follow ups
- To coordinate travel arrangements, assist in hosting presentations and customer visits as required
- Assisting in promotional activities, shadowing or attending meetings, working on marketing projects as and when required.
- To support the Director in his projects, proposals, bids, etc. through research, consultation, team-management
- To maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- To respond to clients, delivery team and other stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner, both orally and in writing.
- He should be ready to drive car of MD sir

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
