Job Summary:
The Sales and Client Relations Executive will play a key role in driving exhibitor bookings and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing contracts, and ensuring an exceptional experience for exhibitors at our events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new exhibitors and business opportunities for the exhibition.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals for exhibitor participation.
- Communicate exhibitor needs to the event management team and ensure their requirements are met.
- Assist exhibitors with any questions or issues during and after the exhibition.
- Develop and maintain a database of clients and potential leads.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for each exhibition event.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on promotions and exhibitor engagement strategies.
- Provide regular feedback and reports to management on sales performance and client satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, client relations, or business development, preferably in events, exhibitions, or fashion-related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with Ludhiana’s fashion or exhibition industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
