Position Overview: As a Field Sales Executive at Paul and Company Delhi branch, you will drive the sales of our chemical products for the Pharma industry within a designated territory. We represent top manufacturers of India who cater to this industry. Your main goal will be to identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients. Collaborating with our sales team, you will develop and implement effective strategies to meet company objectives.

Job Responsibility
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling pharmaceutical chemicals and raw materials within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies and laboratories.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and technical support related to pharmaceutical chemicals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activities.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the pharmaceutical chemical sector.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, new market segments, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and strategic adjustments.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies, marketing plans, and product positioning.
- Identify key target accounts within the pharmaceutical industry and develop penetration strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's pharmaceutical chemical product portfolio.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all sales-related documentation and reports.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field. Additional qualifications in business or sales are a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of proven field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically with pharmaceutical chemicals.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is preferred.
- Proficiency in driving a two-wheeler with a valid license. Phone, SIM card, and motorcycle provided for field visits.
