**Responsibilities**:

- Train new users on how to effectively utilize the CRM system.
- Generate reports and analyze data from the CRM to identify trends and opportunities.
- **Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing proposals, contracts, and sales presentations.
- Provide product or service information to customers and prospects.
- Coordinate with other departments (such as marketing or finance) to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate departments for product or service improvements.
- **Technical Support**:
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the CRM system and provide support to users.
- Collaborate with IT department or external vendors to resolve technical issues or implement system updates.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM administration and sales support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management best practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
