Paul and CompanyRaw Materials based out of North India. We are representing top manufacturers of India and offering their product to B2B manufacturers. Our top industries are Rubber, Paint and Coating, Personal Care and Pharmaceutical, among others. We have been serving the industry since 1961.

Position Overview: As a Field Sales Executive at Paul and Company Delhi branch, you will drive the sales of our chemical products for Rubber industry within designated territory. We represent top manufacturers of India who cater to this industry. Your main goal will be to identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients. Collaborating with our sales team, you will develop and implement effective strategies to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling our chemicals and raw materials.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new market segments.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback for improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and plans.
- Identify key target accounts and develop penetration strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product portfolio.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance on product usage.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Ensure timely submission of all sales-related documentation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Science
- since product is technical we ll prefer people from these backgrounds.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the chemical industry or in the rubber industry.
- We are looking for someone who has direct sale with B2b customers, not with dealers and distributors
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- If they know how to use excel and google sheets but this is not mandatory

**Please note
- B2b profile person
- direct customer interaction not dealer / distributor sale, with 1-2 years of experience minimum. Field visits would be there
- should know how to drive 2 wheeler, phone/sim/motorcycle would be provided. Preferred from Rubber/ Chemical industry. Salary offered is 35-40K per month. In case person is from Rubber/ Chemical industry we can offer more also.**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
