Experience on PLA AND PCA Campaigns

Handling inside sales operations

Booking of RO \ Media plan in OMS System

Responsible for overall growth of sellers on the platform by working with categories to ensure selective, consultative insights are passed on to the seller.
- Providing guided access to Growth insights and giving recommendations on selection, ideal price point, Minoq, virtual combos & Market trends.
- Joint Business Plan Creation & Execution with MOM Target & Critical AI's will be designed & shared by the Business Expert
- Advanced Sale Event planning and Option Support
- Regularly check the Performance metrics & Suggest for any interventions and operational support
- Helps in FBF onboarding and weekly prioritization of slot availability for the hero FSN’s
- Insights on new seller focused initiatives
- Ads manager handles the campaign creation for the seller, also will be responsible for identifying the right FSNs, campaign type and budget optimization amongst the different campaigns to maximize ROI for the seller
- Ads manager to help seller with brand building through PLA/PCA Ads Optimization
- Ads manager will guide in analyzing the Search Traffic Report to give FSN level recommendations to the seller.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
