Key Responsibilities
Ensure that all housekeeping and pantry services are conducted efficiently and in line with established standards and guidelines.
Oversee the deployment of a dedicated workforce of individuals across multiple shifts to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
Perform routine floor inspections to ensure space is consistently prepared and maintained.
Manage all aspects of cafeteria operations, including organizing events and setting up official meeting rooms as per requirements.
Responsible to maintain accurate attendance records and ensure the upkeep of all related documentation.
Management of stores, maintain inventory records, and track stock levels to ensure adequate supplies for housekeeping and pantry needs.
Oversee the management of medical equipment and pharmaceutical budget.
Responsible to maintain sufficient stock levels of housekeeping and pantry consumables, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
Manage and maintain all assets related to housekeeping and pantry operations, ensuring their proper functionality and longevity.
Responsible for creating purchase orders for necessary supplies, manpower services and equipment required for corporate office.
Liaise with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and follow up for billing and invoicing to maintain smooth business relationships.
Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
arrange and oversee official lunch setups as required, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all stakeholders.
Arrange and meet regularly with the client within their area to ensure that needs are being met and liaise with other key business department managers.
Ensure the provision of a safe working environment.
Ensure escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are implemented and in place. Assist in the development of guidelines and strategies to ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle’s business conduct.
