Saas Marketing Expert

**About the role**:
As our first marketer at Fyno, you will report to the CEO/ the founding team and will work closely with them on messaging and positioning, landing pages, product launches, case studies, community, social, and more. For this role we’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, scrappy, and creative that is comfortable trying new things, failing quickly, and picking up new skills as needed.
This role is ideal for someone that wants to be on the ground floor of a scaling startup, work directly with the founding team, and be responsible for driving many “firsts” (first case study, first community event, etc.).
**What you'll own?**:
- ** Content Wizardry**: Develop and execute content strategies that resonate with our target audience, demonstrating your knack for storytelling and engagement.
- ** User Acquisition**: Develop strategies to attract and convert new users while retaining and nurturing our existing customer base.
- ** Experimentation and Testing**: Continuously A/B test campaigns, landing pages, and other assets to optimize performance and conversion rates.
- ** Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
**Your Detailed responsibilities**:
- Manage Fyno’s reach and reputation and review platforms like Product Hunt, Capterra, G2, Trust radius etc.
- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales and channel teams with the tools and marketing assets they need to be successful, including competitive insights, battle cards, presentation decks, use case videos, and product demos.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Be accountable for measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of the product marketing assets deployed.
- Planned, develop, and execute lead engagement strategy and improved nudging strategies for consistent new customer acquisition through marketing automation tools.
- Developing and implementing effective SEO/SEM strategies
- Social Media Management through proactive content creation & posting, community management, podcast

- A Proven experience in enterprise-SaaS marketing Company.
- Are an Exceptional content creation skills, including writing, design, and video.
- Have Passion for technology, innovation, and a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
- Are an expert-level familiarity with Paid ads, Social Media, Web analytics, SEO/SEM, and CRM- hands-on experience with all platforms and tools is a must
- Are persistence and diligence to 'go the extra mile’.
- Have the ability to easily switch context based on audience, translate needs from one team to another, and influence stakeholders to achieve alignment.
Compensation Range: $40K - $60K
