**Position Overview**:
The Global Operations Coordinator is responsible for undertaking activities which indicate performance and operational effectiveness of the organization with respect to sales (prospects identified and realized) across various geographies. Primary responsibilities focus on supporting the global sales teams, management, and executives by providing detailed analysis of sales activity/reports and market dynamics - including analysis of Sales pipeline, forecast, historical sales activity and market potential - for the purpose of better understanding the business and driving increased revenue. Provide sales reports in excel and PPT formats. This person will also be responsible for managing the customer Catalog and price files and monitor
customer accounts and update customer documents on SharePoint.

- Analysis of Sales Data, convert data received in multiple formats into a meaning global format. Ensure that the data being provided is clean and well organized.
- Understand Open Orders, Closed Order, Serial and Tracking orders and Publish Daily, weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly Sales Reports.
- Reporting on Customer/Client spend across Categories, Manufacturer, Cycle time and geographies. Ad Hoc Reporting and QBRs in Excel and PowerPoint
- Understand and publish Service Report and Inventory Report (Min/Max)
- Manage correspondence with Global Team and sales teams across geographies.
- Catalogue Management/Price file Management - Acquiring monthly pricelist and validating if the pricing is correct and accurate, compare with past pricelist, highlight changes. Identify End of Life products, new specification products, identify any missing products information or duplicate information and make sure to keep the catalog and prices always updated.
- International Queue management per SOP (CRM usage)
- Monitoring Customer Accounts, CRM usage, Prepare customer documents, update trackers on SharePoint.
- Participate in periodic calls to facilitate communications, continuous improvement, and/or alignment of support.
- Frequent communication, Drive to result, Follow-through.

**Experience** **and **Skillset**:
- Intermediate Knowledge of MS Excel, Use of Pivots, V-lookup, H-lookup, Excel Formulas, Charts, Macros is a must. Any Excel Certification will be preferrable.
- At least 2-4 years of sales support experience and/or procurement experience.
- Highly proficient in MS Office tools like MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience in working in offshore/out-sourced environment, sales, business operations, or marketing related role with project coordination is preferred.
- Strong English Communication Skill. Have a neutral accent (no MTI).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Must have an eye to detail and accuracy.
