Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage Renewals: Proactively manage and engage with customers before their subscription or contract expiration to ensure timely renewals.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, usage of the product, and providing relevant support.
Negotiation & Closing: Work with customers to negotiate terms, pricing, and ensure contracts are renewed.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers during the renewal process.
Target Achiever: Consistently meet or exceed renewal sales targets and quota.
Data Management: Accurately track and document all customer interactions, renewals, and sales in CRM systems.
Mini 2years experience in Renewal process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Must have proven experience in achieve targets.
