This role reports to the Director of Revenue Operations Core Services, with both roles based in Hyderabad, India. You will be an extended member of the GTM Enablement team, who will provide strategy, planning and project assignments. CyberArk offers a hybrid work environment with the expectation of at least three days a week in the office.

**Core responsibilities**
- Contribute to the overall Go-to-Market enablement strategy, with a focus on production and testing.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process, including required software and service costs, staffing capacity, etc.
- Develop vendor relationships that support the objective of providing engaging, innovative, and impactful enablement.
- Work with IT to identify, procure and implement technologies that support the quality and capacity requirements for the enablement strategy.
- Document and implement production, testing and administration processes for multiple enablement assets and languages.
- Work with HR to develop job descriptions and facilitate the hiring process for the production and testing team.
- Work with Learning Management System (LMS) administrators to optimize the learner experience across multiple systems.
- Work with HR Learning & Development and CyberArk University to standardize learning asset production wherever possible.

**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree required
- 2+ years of multi-media production experience
- Experience working within a global team across multiple time zones.
- Prior experience with a fast-growth enterprise software or technology company preferred.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed - estimated 10%.
