**Qualifications**
- Bachelor/Master -Bookkeeping, finance, accountancy, administration

**Experience**
- 6 - 8 years of work experience in bookkeeping, managing transactions
- Not a manager
- Experience in international accountancy
- Experience in drawing up monthly, quarterly, or annual reports or annual accounts
- Experience with various accountancy software packages
- Experience with Excel and possibly, for presentations, with Power BI.

**Key Responsibility**
- This role is about bookkeeping, you love having your ledger accurate and book the transactions on-time. You make life easy for managers, by providing them good insight in the actual financial status of the company and the projects.
- Maintain financial or account records. Execute sales or other financial transactions.
- Verify accuracy of financial or transactional data.
- Compile data or documentation.
- Prepare cash statement.
- Calculate financial data.
- Monitor organizational compliance with regulations.
- Collect deposits, payments or fees.
- Reconcile records of sales or other financial transactions.
- Monitor financial information.
- Code data or other information.
- Answer telephones to direct calls or provide information.
- File documents or records.
- Search files, databases or reference materials to obtain needed information.
- Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance. Calculate costs of goods or services.
- Maintain inventory records.
