Customer Support Executive

**Required Skills**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Basic understanding of the Insurance domain
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with callers in the U.S.
- Use of analytical skills to listen and comprehend payment related issues
- Understand the product and the process to deliver resolutions
- Demonstrate effective on-call telephonic and communication skills
- Ensure call quality and process parameters are met on a day-to-day basis
- Resorts to appropriate escalation of unresolved issues
- Follow a systematic process of follow-ups and keeping priorities/timelines
- Needs to take initiative to help new joiners when they are onboarded to take calls
- Should be a good team player
