### Job Summary:
### Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Generate reports on customer feedback, trends, and recurring issues.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of FAQs and knowledge base articles.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve customer service and support processes.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Share customer feedback with relevant teams to help improve products and services.
### Requirements:
- **Education and Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills and Competencies**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Proficiency with customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
