- Manage all activities in the kitchen, including food preparation and and production.
- Management and training of kitchen staff.
- Well versed in italian, mexican and continental food preparation.
- Hands on experience in bakery & confectionery department.
- Ensure strict quality control for all orders fulfilled by kitchen.
- Support new product development across all product categories.
- Ensure efficient, cost effective operation and profitability of food production.
- Ensure that all food preparation, packing and dispatching is as per standards.
- Understanding of kitchen operations and staff coordination.
- Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
- Adhere to and implement sanitation and safety regulations.

Requirement:
Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience is required.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
