Executive Chef

**Menu development**: Create menus for daily operations and special events, such as weddings, birthday parties, and graduation ceremonies. Consider customer preferences, food trends, and seasonal ingredients to create appealing and profitable menus.
- **Kitchen staff management**: Hire, train, and schedule kitchen staff, and motivate them to perform at their best.
- **Food preparation**: Oversee food preparation and ensure that dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
- **Inventory and ordering**: Manage stock and order supplies, including authentic Indian ingredients.
- **Kitchen hygiene and sanitation**: Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean and organized, and that food safety and sanitation standards are maintained.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- **Communication**: Communicate clearly and effectively with staff and other management staff.
- **Cuisine**: North Indian cuisine, especially curries, tandoor, modern Indian cuisine, especially Punjabi, Rajasthani, Awadhi cuisine

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
