Roles & Responsibilities:
Establishing medical protocols
- monitoring budgets of all medical staff to ensure they stay within prescribed limits.
- Improving communication between doctors’ hospitals with patients by developing strategies that will lead them through processes more efficiently.
- Recruiting and managing physicians, nurses, paramedics, and other medical and non-medical staff.
- Examining and coordinating the facility's activities to guarantee medical quality.
- Assisting with training, continuing education, and promotion of subordinate staff.
- Liaising with medical and non-medical departments and enhancing relationships with vendors.
- Updating, amending, and replacing medical policies with the advice of the medical board.
- Developing cooperation between physicians, paramedics, nurses, and medical departments.
- Ensuring staff and facility's compliance with federal and state regulations and codes.
- Manage and ensure coordination within medical and non-medical services to deliver on service quality standards
- Responsible for implementation and adherence to SOPs in all Clinical Specialties, conducting regular Medical Audits on an ongoing basis
- Ensure that proper Standard Operative Procedures are in place for the efficient care of patients (Admission, care & Discharge).
- Set up & ensure the regular functioning of clinical/ Nonclinical committees, in consultation with the Medical Superintendent.
- To work closely with the Nursing Superintendent and take all necessary steps to ensure high standard of patient care.
- Responsible for the continuity of care of patient by ensuring that the duty roster is prepared and adhered to by Medical Officers,
- Technicians directly and the nurses through the office of Nursing Superintendent.
- To coordinate with the ‘Emergency’ team for all medico legal cases received at the hospital.

To coordinate with ‘Marketing’ team in organizing medical camps/ CME’s within & outside

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
