Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Hospital Quality Executive to join our team at Spandana Hospital in Bangalore. This mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of work experience. The role focuses on maintaining and improving the quality of care provided by the hospital.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in quality improvement initiatives within a healthcare setting, with a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of patient safety protocols and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, maintaining updated knowledge on relevant regulations.
- Proficient in data analysis techniques to evaluate performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in risk management, including identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
- Knowledge and experience in healthcare accreditation processes to maintain hospital certifications and standards.
- Strong capability in developing and monitoring performance metrics to assess the quality and efficacy of healthcare services.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, promoting a culture of quality and excellence throughout the hospital.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance patient care and hospital services.
- Monitor and evaluate patient safety protocols to ensure adherence and recommend improvements as needed.
- Ensure hospital compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory standards and accreditations.
- Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize any potential risks to patient safety.
- Oversee healthcare accreditation processes and ensure continuous compliance with established standards.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics to assess and improve the efficiency and quality of services provided.
- Work collaboratively with medical, administrative, and supportive staff to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
