**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**: HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATOR.
**JOB LOCATION**: MEDFINE HOSPITALS, BTM LAYOUT, BENGALURU.
**SALARY**: FROM RS. 30K UTO RS. 50K PER MONTH.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives for the hospital, in alignment with the organization's mission and vision.
- **Financial Management**: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and financial reporting. Monitor revenue streams, control costs, and ensure the hospital operates within budget constraints.
- **Resource Management**: Manage human resources, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of staff. Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet patient needs.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure the hospital complies with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards, including those set by government agencies, accrediting bodies, and insurance providers.
- **Quality Assurance and Patient Safety**: Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction. Monitor and evaluate the quality of healthcare services provided.
- **Facility Operations**: Oversee the maintenance and operation of the hospital facilities, including equipment, infrastructure, and technology systems.
- **Community Relations**: Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders. Represent the hospital in the local community.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks to the hospital's operations and develop strategies to mitigate them. This includes managing issues related to medical malpractice, patient privacy, and other legal concerns.
- **Information Management**: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of electronic health records (EHR) systems and other health information technologies to ensure the secure and efficient exchange of patient information.
- **Strategic Partnerships**: Collaborate with other healthcare organizations, medical professionals, and community groups to improve patient care and access to services.
- **Emergency Preparedness**: Develop and implement plans for responding to emergencies and disasters, ensuring the hospital is prepared to provide care in crisis situations.
- **Ethical Leadership**: Uphold ethical standards in all aspects of hospital operations, including decision-making, patient care, and staff conduct.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the hospital, seeking ways to enhance efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- **Public Relations and Marketing**: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hospital's services and programs, and to maintain a positive public image.
- **Management Relations**: Work closely with the hospital's leadership and medical directors, and ensure smooth clinical operations.
