**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline support for the company, ensuring positive customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our products or services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone.

2. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

3. Provide accurate information about products and services.

4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.

5. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

6. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction.

7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

8. Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics, including response time and resolution rate.

9. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback for process improvement.

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.

3. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

4. Proficiency in using customer service software and other relevant tools.

5. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.

7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
