DESIGNATION **:Executive - Customer Delight Team (USA Operations)**

**Basic JD**:

- Good English written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have an interest in working with Customer Pricing / Business Development /Service / Customer Delight Team for Shipping and Freight forwarding company
- Customer Coordination.
- Handling complete operation for USA imports (SEA & AIR).
- Maintain daily records in the USA Import Sheet for day-to-day work.
- Working with different carriers (Sea+Air) in different locations to get cargo or containers to be cleared.
- Handling complete brokerage for customers who require this service from us.
- Handling trucking with different trucking carriers (local + MNC) around the USA.
- Getting follow-ups with truckers on rates for new trucking queries as per customer request.
- Book the trucking schedule from their website for different customers with different locations.
- Getting follow-up with truckers for trucking invoices after the delivery is done.
- Maintain daily operation physically for all customers.
- Working on different queries with providing them quotations as per their requirements.
- Making quotations for trucking and brokerage queries.
- Making arrival notices.
- Making release orders.
- Taking follow up with the customs broker for customs clearance of cargo by providing complete details of arriving cargo.(AMS info/carrier arrival notice/invoices and packing list/HBL copies/POA for new customer)
- Providing a complete set of documents to the accounts department for making invoices.
- Get that invoice checked with an authorized person and send it to customers.
- Taking follow-up with customers for checks and OBL copies if we are only forwarders in that job.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
