Customer Service Operations Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- **Ownership of Customer Service Operations**: Monitoring and execution of customer service operations across personal finance domains such as provident funds, investments, insurance, etc.
- **Collaborate with the Team**: Work closely with the customer servicing team to understand and execute requirements efficiently.
- **Customer Communication**: Engage with customers on a periodic basis to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback.
- **Process Management**: Optimise operational processes by implementing relevant software and procedures to enhance efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Must be a graduate.
- **Passion for Personal Finance**: Strong understanding of and enthusiasm for the personal finance sector.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- **Personal Attributes**: Curious, fast learner, independent, and ambitious.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in customer servicing is a plus but not mandatory.
