We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **GFS - Regulatory Administrator**
**Principal responsibilities**:
- The specific opportunity is to co-ordinate the annual and semi-annual reporting of the Alternative funds. Partner with HSBC Investment Funds delegates, legal, compliance and operations to ensure that the management company complies with regulatory requirements, due diligence policies and procedures.
- Co-ordinate the annual and semi-annual reporting of the Lux & Guernsey funds.
- Support by completion and submission of all information required by regulators, also on an ad-hoc basis.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure regulatory obligations are fulfilled and changes to regulations are identified, understood and implemented.
- Check that the audit work papers have been properly reviewed (incl. Senior Management reviews, External Audit Reviews and Board of Directors Reviews) and that audit files are completed in a timely manner and are properly maintained on the internal network.
- Perform follow-up of implementation of audit identified issues or actions, where required, and Assist with Annual Internal Audit reviews.
Requirements
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in the Asset Management industry with Minimum 3 years of Relevant experience in Regulatory Reporting for EU Jurisdictions /CSSF/CBI/FCA etc.
- Must have through experience in operations of Alternative Fund structures and in-depth understanding of Regulatory Reporting requirements of a Fund Management Company
- Degree in Accounting, MBA in Finance.
- Through knowledge of the Asset Management business and Operational Risk Frameworks and Controls
- Ability to deliver to tight deadlines under pressure, while maintaining close attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all areas of the business independently with mínimal supervision.
