Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our IT solutions, services, and industry trends. Stay updated on new products and technological advancements.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth. Provide feedback to improve products and services.
- Reporting: Track sales activities and performance metrics. Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in IT sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience with [specific IT products or services relevant to the company] is a plus.
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA) are a plus.
- Personal Traits: Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
