
Telecaller Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products/services and generate leads.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective customers, keeping records up-to-date.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns and qualify prospects.
- Engage in consultative selling by identifying client needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential clients.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, pricing, and services.
- Collect feedback from potential clients to help improve product offerings and customer outreach.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or lead generation.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage potential clients and develop positive relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
